Sometimes when I'm working out I want to push myself so hard that I puke... Tonight I almost got there. I tried the workout of the day from the CrossFit website:
"Cindy"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
This was A LOT harder than I originally thought it would be. I only bagged 13 rounds in the alloted time. Next time I'm shooting for 16. I'm coming for you Cindy!

I did 17 of those last night. It was cake. I could have gone for 25 but the power went out and I had to light some candles.
